I, myself also experienced being depressed about my looks. I have been into a phase in where my skin break out and had a lot of acne. I was fat and I was one of the girls who are not ideal of the social media platform. During those times, I was really sad because of my look. I had the urge to cheer myself up and realize the true importance of beauty. I have a certain group of friends in where they see me beautiful when I am happy. I do things such as volunteer in social organizations, women empowerment etc. That is what I consider beauty the most. 4/16/2020 08:36:33 pm
Everyone is attracted first by their looks and I guess that is fine and normal. Everyone has their own definition of beauty. For me, beauty can be a lot. Beauty can be the physical attributes itself and at the same time, the kindness of your heart. I was really impressed by those who will directly say that beauty is only from the inside. I have encountered people who are turned on by personalities. At the end of the day, features will only last for years but golden heart won't. Leave a Reply. |
